What's the role about?

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our staff team, this is a role designed for a professional who bridges the gap between deep technical expertise and commercial growth. You will be the technical face of our sales and account management efforts, working closely with our COO and Sales team to identify growth opportunities, build trust with high-level stakeholders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering), and ensure our staff augmentation services align perfectly with our clients' technical roadmaps.

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Strategic Account Management & Expansion: manage a selection of existing accounts with high growth potential, providing a technical perspective to deepen the partnership.
  • Craft high-level technical proposals to optimize client teams (e.g., identifying when a QA Engineer is needed to alleviate developer burnout).
  • Conduct meetings with technical leaders (CTOs, Engineering Managers) to share suggestions, gather project insights, and unblock growth.
  • Evaluate "stagnant" accounts to introduce a technical angle and rediscover opportunities for collaboration.
  • Participate in discovery calls with prospects and current clients to provide technical validation as the technical expert to address complex doubts that go beyond standard commercial terms.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows (booths) alongside Sales and Marketing to generate demand.
  • Visit clients on-site to strengthen relationships or assist in closing high-stakes new business.
  • Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our available talent pool (the bench) to proactively match them with current client tech stacks or active sales opportunities.
  • Monitor new clients to ensure technical requirements are met and identify early expansion possibilities (acting as a technical layer to the People Experience team).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to use your professional profile (LinkedIn) as a technical authority, supporting outbound campaigns targeting engineering directors.

What do we require from you?

  • Previous experience in Software Development roles (minimum 3 years).
  • Recent experience in a commercial cycle is mandatory. This includes drafting commercial/technical proposals, managing up selling, and navigating sales processes.
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Advanced English level is non-negotiable, as you will be communicating with international stakeholders daily.
  • A significant "plus" is experience within the Staff Augmentation, Outsourcing, or Software Development Services industry.
