What's the role about?
This role combines technical support and development, where you’ll own issues end-to-end—from troubleshooting and fixing problems to communicating with users. You’ll also help improve how support works by identifying patterns, optimizing processes, and introducing automation.
What do we require from you?
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL (must-have)
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, and at least one object-oriented programming language
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and implement technical solutions independently
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously
