What's the role about?
As an Agile Project Manager, you will support the coordination and delivery of multiple Agile teams in a fast-growing product-driven environment. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain project visibility through documentation and board management, and ensure smooth collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, and QA teams.

This role focuses on improving team efficiency, maintaining structured workflows, and enabling successful product delivery across multiple parallel initiatives.

What do we require from you?

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role within software development environments.
• Extensive experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum ceremonies and team facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking.
• Experience with Agile project management tools including Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining organization and delivery focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage parallel workflows and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones.
• Ability to identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum in fast-paced environments.
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Advanced English level.
