What's the role about?

As a Senior Software Engineer (Laravel / PHP), you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services that support Loop’s core products. This is a hands-on full-stack role where you will work primarily with PHP/Laravel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
You will help solve complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the scalability and stability of the platform through strong engineering practices, automated testing, and continuous integration. You will also play an active role in improving development processes, mentoring other engineers, and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.

What do we require from you?

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications and backend services using PHP / Laravel.
• Experience building scalable APIs and modern web applications using current development tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Vue.js and cloud environments like AWS Serverless.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality-driven development processes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, technical trade-offs, and scalable system design.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with product managers and designers.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Advanced English level.
