What's the role about?
As a Senior Full-Stack AI Mobile Engineer, you’ll design and ship end-to-end new products from scratch across Huckleberry’s mobile ecosystem. You’ll work directly with the CEO, Product, and Design to bring abstract concepts to life—building everything from scalable backend APIs and databases to rapid, cross-platform mobile UI flows in React Native or Ionic. You’ll be hands-on with our TypeScript/Node stack, generative AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, and our LLM partners (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic), championing an AI-native workflow that turns prototypes into production-ready features with a relentless sense of urgency.
What do we require from you?
- 4–8+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in React Native OR Angular/Ionic/Capacitor. You must have a trac record of shipping production-grade mobile apps and be willing to work across frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, including REST/GraphQL APIs and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and designin prompt/agent architectures.
- Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate development. You should be comfortable with a "live coding" assessment using AI.
- Experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS/Azure.
- Advanced English level.
